Job Description:

The Business Consultant is responsible for the implementation, design, documentation, testing, and development of customizations specifications around the EPS Cost Management Suite of applications.

Other responsibilities include providing expertise in one or more specific product areas, such as Product Cost Management, Real-Time Costing, and Transportation Cost Management.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assess customer business needs and recommend, design and configure appropriate solution
• Determine customer’s business requirements and produce documentation showing how their business requirements will be met
• Assume primary customer contact/support role for one or more functional subsets of the product suite and/or deployment configuration during project implementation
• Assist in the system configuration workshops and lead proof of concept sessions
• Consult and communicate with customers in a direct and honest manner
• Lead discussions on operational improvements
• Assist customer in the creation and execution of test scenarios
• Provide timely, detailed estimates regarding level of effort necessary to meet customer requirements
• Train customer’s personnel, as needed, on use of the EPS Cost Management Suite of products
• Bachelor degree or equivalent business experience
• Experience in software solutions and project life cycle in process oriented industries such as Pulp and Paper, Semiconductor, Metals or other
• Experience with cost accounting, transportation costing, recipe management, and product costing
• Experience with MS SQL Server, , Oracle, and SAP.
• Domestic and international travel might be required
• Proactive with excellent problem solving skills and strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to learn new concepts and progress in technical and general business skills

Candidate’s Profile and Qualifications:
